Mark Stein

Mark J Stein, PhD, DClinPsy, is a clinical psychologist working in China where he develops clinical psychology services and specialized psychological therapies for local and international populations. Dr. Stein has completed two three-year core trainings in dynamic experiential psychotherapy: (i) Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) with Josette ten Have-de Labije and Kees Cornelissen and (ii) Intensive Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (IE- DP) with Ferruccio Osimo. Dr. Stein also completed additional years of training with Josette ten Have-de Labije and Kees Cornelissen. Currently, as an IEDTA supervisor, he conducts CORE ISTDP trainings.

Robert Neborsky

Robert Neborsky

Dr. Neborsky is a psychiatrist in private practice in Del Mal, California, and a clinical professor of psychiatry at UCSD School of Medicine and UCLA School of Medicine (Hon) He served on the Board of Directors of IEDTA (International Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy Association) and was a founding editorial committee member of the International Journal of Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Dr. Neborsky trains professionally in the ISTDP approach based on Attachment -Based theory. He is currently training in Denmark (Arhus), Germany (Berlin), Canada (Calgary) and the Uk (London). For the past 10 years he has published a number of books: The Collected Writings, Mastering Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy.

Kees Cornelissen

Kees Cornelissen

Kees L. M. Cornelissen, SocD is a certified psychotherapist with a private practice and co-founder of an open psychotherapeutic facility in the Netherlands. For many years he co-lead the Dutch ISTDP association (VKDP) as a board member, and together with Josette ten Have-de Labije he is still involved in running training programs in the Netherlands and in other European countries. He gained knowledge, theory and practice of ISTDP under H. Davanloo in Canada and then trained in ISTDP in the Netherlands with Josette ten Have-de Labije. He is currently an IEDTA-certified ISTDP teacher and supervisor and a member of the editorial board of the Ad Hoc newsletter.

Przemysław Duchniewicz

Przemysław Duchniewicz

Przemysław Duchniewicz, doctor in the course of specialization in adult psychiatry (start of specialization 11.2017), master in human resources management, master and team coach, trainer and lecturer. Certified psychotherapist and IEDTA teacher. He works at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, previously Department of Psychiatry at the Wolski Hospital. He has 13 years of corporate experience in health management in 18 Central European countries. He has been working in the ISTDP approach since 2013, completed a 3- year Core Training in Berlin, participated in international courses, ISTDP Advanced Core Training, and has been assisting in Core ISTDP training (Warsaw/Berlin) since 2017. He teaches the Introduction to ISTDP, Pre Core course.

Risha Henry

Dr. Risha Henry graduated from Stanford University and received her doctorate in clinical psychology from UCLA. Her postgraduate training included a fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Stanford University, a research position at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, and 3 years of basic ISTDP training and 2 years of advanced ISTDP training with Josette ten Have -de Labije, PsyD and Robert Neborsky, MD. As an IEDTA certified supervisor, she provides training in ISTDP.

Allan Abbass, MD, is a psychiatrist, teacher, and researcher. He is a professor of psychiatry and psychology and the founding director of the Centre for Emotions and Health at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada.

Josette ten Have-de Labije

Josette ten Have-de Labije

Josette ten Have-de Labije, Ph.D., psychotherapist, clinical psychologist. She has organized many international conferences on behavioral therapy, cancer treatment and the ISTDP approach. She conducts specialized trainings, workshops and supervisions around the world. She served on the board of the International Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy Association (IEDTA) until January 2013, co-developed the ISTDP training standards for psychotherapists, teachers, and supervisors, and currently serves on the IEDTA advisory board. Editor- in- Chief of Ad Hoc Bulletin of STDP: Practice and Theory. From 2010 to 2016, she was the content manager and co-leader of three editions of Core Training in Poland.

Doctor – specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychologist, coach, trainer and lecturer. IEDTA certified supervisor, teacher and ISTDP psychotherapist. She conducts 3 years of CORE ISTDP basic training, Core Advanced training, individual and group ISTDP supervision. Certified psychotherapist by the European Association for Psychotherapy.
